Unauthorised debit order

Old Mutual is messing up my credit score with unauthorised debit orders I went to their branch in Germiston to cancel anything that links me to them to my surprise I found out I had 3 unknown premiums which I didn’t sign up for, had them cancelled but they still trying to debit from my account
