Unauthorised debit order
Good day I am writing to report unauthorized deductions made from my payslip by Old Mutual for a policy that I never joined or approved.
I did not sign any documents, agree to any policy terms, or authorize any debit orders. Despite this, money has been deducted from my payslip without my consent. I have been visited the branch several time but didn’t get an assistance
