Unauthorised debit date
I have a policy with old mutual and have an agreement for them to deduct on the 28th of every month. Lately they deduct before time. Someone paid in money for me and Old Mutual decides to take it. This has been happening for 3 months now. I am tired of this. Please fix your mess as I was left stranded at a garage and had to call someone to send me more money becuase you deducted earlier. If this happens again I will take it further,
