Unauthorised Debit
My account was debited by Old mutual for a policy that does not belong to me. This is a fruadulent debit as i have not authorsed this payment on my account.I have contacted Old mutual call centere reporting this matter and I was informed that the policy details are for someone else but my bank account was debited for this policy. How does this happen??? I am waiting for a speedily feeback on this matter and my refund. This is pure *****, how does 2 different cuystomers share details, is my inforamtion safe in terms of POPI, FAIS ambudsman should have sight of such incidents, this is not acceptable. <br> I am sooo disappointed!!!!!<br> <br>
