Unauthorised credit check
On the 22/05/2024 Old Mutual did a credit check on my name however I didn’t apply for any credit in May with Old Mutual. I sent Old Mutual emails and still no response what I get is automated responses, this is really suspicious

24 Oct 2024, 20:18Just an update after a long back and fourth with Old Mutual and the ombudsman , Old Mutual told me they are allowed to do credit enquiries on your name with out consent to protect their financial interest (FYI they do this even if you make all your payments on time)
I would never use this financial service provider regardless of how desperate I get, worst experience ever they ruined my credit score.
