Unauthorised activities

A court order was placed on my policy without my knowledge and when i managed to sort out the problem Old Mutual decided to change my surname to my ****en surname on My Portfolio. No one instruct them to do so. Further more a policy that was made paid up monies must be transfered to a Sanlam Policy for beter investment Old Mutual ignore the request. They are not intetested in their clients.
