Unauthorised access to my policies
My personal profile was accessed without my consent and I have written a formal complaint letter to Old Mutual Nobody acknowledged my complaint letter
I demand to know how my profile is as accessed without my knowledge How can my policies be accessed and cancelled while I am not aware of such How much was paid as refund for the policy This is contravention of POPIA and I demand answers from Old Mutual
I demand respond to my letter in writing I want Old Mutual to be on record regarding the violation of my rights
Furthermore I demand the Old Mutual cancellation policy
