Unauthorise debit going off twice

<p>I went to make arrangements with Warren from OMF. Which he placed notes on the system. Then I spoke to Nicole confirming this notes placed on the system and she gave me a ref number as well. She told me that the 2 debit orders will come off as it has been process already. But I had told her I will reverse it and i would want OMF to pay the bank chargers. I will pay for it myself.</p> <p>The 25th September came and 2 debit orders went off. I went to reverse it.</p> <p> </p> <p>Then Wednesday 28th September came and they toom R427 and R307 from my account.</p> <p> </p> <p>being my account had almost nothing in it shot into a negative amount and Nedbank changed me R150 for each tranaction being reversed on its on due to no money in the account.</p> <p> </p> <p>I again called OMF and spoke to Storm who told me the reason why they took the money is because no arragments had been made. I asked to speak to his manager being Valencia Kippie and she could see the notes Warren made on the system. Requested a copy of my bank statement because I asked to be refunded and compensated as well. Futhermore. nothing has happend as yet and I'm still in -R736.91 on my Nedbank account.</p>
