Unacceptable Service
I have contacted the Client Services Division on a number of occasions and have had absolutey no assistance with my query, Every time, the assistant does not listen to what my request is and by the same token, the E mails I sent are also not read correctly. My request is a very simple one that should be on computer record and therefore very quick and easy to respond to.
