Unacceptable service

What an unprofessional outcome from oldmutual my husband and I went to oldmutual to withdraw fund from a matured investment on the 3rd April 3021 at Old mutual Wonderpark we waited for the funds to be paid but only after two weeks no funds still appearing into our account only when my husband went back to enquire he was told that the person who was filling out the form acqually filled in the wrong forms how can Someone be placed in front line to work with people while he is so clueless when approached with such info he does on a daily basis.
