Unacceptable service at Old mutual Birch Acres Tembisa

On Saturday the 12th I visited the Old mutual branch in Tembisa Birch Arces.

I had to wait outside in line for 40min to be served. When u called the branch to enquire I was told that weekends they do not have enough staff to assist clients. I was shocked and disappointed by this and that I waited an hour to be served because of shortage of staff. When I thoroughly looked at the staff members on shift it looked like no more than two or three people. This was unacceptable that we were promised good service when we first signed up with Old Mutual but when we have queries we are not assisted according to the service promised.
