Unacceptable service

<p>My RA was due to be paid out 1 Dec 2016. All my paperword was done and submitted by 17 Nov 2016. In Jan was told paperwork not received. Submitted again. After numerous emails and calls, finally paid out yesterday - 4,5 months later... and only after throwing all my toys out of the cot!!! BAD admin and TERRIBLE customer service. Totally unacceptable! I intended to re-invest the money. Hah - they can forget it!!!</p>
