Unacceptable service

<p>I have been dealing with Silingile Nombulelo since Feb this year. She assisted me very well with a withdrawal of my educational savings policy in Feb this year. In Aug, I asked whether my policy could be put on hold, as I have no funds going into my South African account as I am currently residing in NZ. Sent this onto Buli and then said I should send it to the Group Schemes to have it put on hold and she will follow this up for me. Did this on 2 Aug, money was deducted from account at the end of Aug. Then I got in contact with Buli again, and she said she will follow this up. Never came back to me, emailed her, she never rep****! After numerous calls from NZ to SA, I was told by your Group Schemes department, nothing could be done and that the money will still be deducted at the end of Oct. Buli was to call me on 10th Oct already, still no call from her. Totally disappointed to the point where I would now like to cancel my policies with Old Mutual. I expect a reply to this as soon as possible. My number is +64 7 ********** </p>
