Unacceptable Behavior from a Old Mutual Representative

On 14 March 2018 at 2:52 PM I received a phone call from an Old Mutual Representative. When answering the phone and saying Hello, I could hear the consultant talking in the background and laughing. I repeated to say hello and the consultant started talking to me. During the call, he tried to make me sign up for a Financial Advisor. I advised the consultant numerous of times that I DO NOT WANT a financial advisor. He proceeded to continue talking to someone else in the background and ignoring me on the call. I proceeded to tell him that he was rude and why he would help other clients while talking to me and threw the phone down in my ear. This is very unacceptable behavior and I want an apology from this Representative. I am also thinking about cancelling my policies with Old Mutual due to this sort of behavior.
