Unable to reach service provider !!!!

Poor pathetic service , i can never get through to their phone lines. Called in to change my payment options by calling ,but no response .When they need to reach you regarding late policies they can!! So dissapointed with old mutual. Makes me wander if i call in to report a deceased would i get through??)
