Unable to provide client with a RA Tax certificate

Poor service, my fiancé requested a Retirement Annuity tax certificate for 2020 (RA tax certificate). They only supp**** her with the interest rate certificate and the due date is tomorrow. She will be charged with penalties which she informed them about, they responded being sorry for the inconvenience. Unacceptable!
