Unable to make a withdrawal on UT
I have been contributing to my unit trust monthly, and yesterday when i tried to make a withdrawal i was told that my contributions can not be located. Which is very strange because i have been contributing to the same fund since feb, and i was able to withdraw in May, i had no issues. But for some reason now my i am having issues withdrawing. I have sent my POP but no one has said anything.
The reason why i was saving up was for an event we are having this weekend, and now i can not get my money that i saved and no-one seems to care.

The reason why i had been putting money away is to save for my mothers 60th event we are having on saturday, hence i wanted to make a withdrawal yesterday so that we can pay suppliers on time. And now with this issue, the money will be delayed. I can not have that please!
