unable to get my retirement annuity

<p>I been to old mutual 3 times( twice at centurion mall, once at forest hill mall ) to claim my retirement annuity , I submitted every document, yet, i am still getting sms stating that my documents are outstading , I been to old mutual straight, why such sms , I just want my money , I am so ****ed for going up and down , submitting same things, are they incabaple ? I am tired and ****ed off and writting in a huge disgust . </p>
