Un reliable

I have never experience such poor customer service. You hold on for 100 hours cannot get hold of a manager, cannot complaint online, there is just no one in this company that can assist you. Every consultant gives you a different story, at this point a don't know what happened to my claim. They treat clients like trash leaving you powerless. Is there anyone one in this company that can actually assist stay in time frames given by them. This is absolutely un acceptable, Someone please assist
