Un paid premium holiday

On the 7 November I went to old mutual in pick n pay plaza rustenburg to apply for premium holiday for 2 month and I was helped and the lady told me that money will be paid into my account 1december 2025.and money was not paid in I went to the same branch to enquire only they said money will be paid to.my account on the 15 match 2025 it will be paid in 2 and half month.i was help again by manager how asked.me that the money is delaying cause maybe is because of payroll closed and our payroll close on the 15 of every month and I went to them before then .I'm a loyal and old customer. And have requestedor app**** for this before if old mutual can't stick.to it's promises.is best they return all my premium and I stop making business with them I'm very unhappy with the service I received from that branch
