I had a bad experience with Old Mutual. Two policies were *****ulently opened in my name, which I immediately reported upon discovery. However, I was forced to wait for the premiums to be deducted before requesting a refund. After numerous follow-ups, it took five months to receive my money back. Regrettably, despite paying premiums for five months, I only received a refund for three months.
