*****ULENT stop orders

I am a teacher with the department of education and have seen on my latest payslip that I have been debited R288 for something "old mutual group schemes" This policy was never opened by me. This is now the SECOND time this has happened to me by Old Mutual. I am honestly unsure how *****ulent accounts/ policies etc can be opened using the same persons ID number and PERSAL TWICE without it being flagged. I am appalled by the fact that the victims of this ***** are the ones who have to run around for payslips, bank statements and certifications etc. Obviously, this is an internal problem at Old Mutual. I am at the point of reporting this to SAPS as it is an ongoing issue.
