*****ulent- Scoring for a loan without my concern

On the 27 February, I have app**** for a loan which it was approved and decided not to take it, now I keep on receiving calls and also mentioned I'm not interested anymore

On the 13/3 17:39 I see that I was scored my OMF again without my concern and it has affected my credit score as I did not apply for anything on the day, and has come out more enquiring for finance on ITC as I'm applying for Vehicle finance and lost 8 points for false enquiry done by desperate sales agent with my concern, which that is ***** and dishonesty

I want this to b taken further and my ITC to be fixed...OLD mutual is a problem ...My ITC is messed up
