*****ulent policy.
My mom has been to the Tzaneen old mutual branch countless of times and she is not getting any help.
Old mutual joins covers for my mom without her being aware and the premiums are dedicated from the salary from her payslip and the deduction can't be stopped as it's done directly with the department of education.
When she enquired she was told to write a letter confirming she was not aware of the policies
After doing that she was assured the policies would be stopped.
Only to be told a few months later that this policy can't be stopped it's a life time commitment.
What nonsense it's this. I have never heard of a policy that can't be stopped.
After a couple of months of her not complaining they will add another one.
This is ***** on another level and no one is willing to help her
Old Mutual is committing crime and ***** on peoples accounts.
At this point money is being deducted monthly and no one is coming to the party.

Quick solution would be highly appreciated as this has been going on since last year *****ing her money
And it this point we expect a refund.
To add to the story the consultants at the tzaneen branch are refusing to tell her who joined the policy without her knowledge.
Very frustrating as we not getting any help.
