*****ulent policies that are not being taken serious by Old mutual

This is the second time I experience *****ulent funeral policy opened under my name. A big company like old mutual failing to investigate and minimise ***** is really a shame. When you call, their consultants have stinky attitude especially women. They end up leaving u talking alone on the phone. Mind you that almost all my colleagues have the same issue and its one company. I don’t know how many times have I requested the policy to be cancelled immediately, they are failing instead they are busy enjoying my hard earned money. Old Mutual please do better and work on the poor service. This ***** thing is really annoying now
