I am so disappointed with Old Mutual, I have reported to them that there premiums that are being deducted on my account every month for policies that I don't know and they said they will do an investigation and I will be refunded. I have only recieved a refund for one premium and nothing for the rest. Instead i am being given the run around and being sent from pillar to post without proper feedback. I am not satisfied with the way my query is being handled. They were quick to take my money but now they are slow to refund.
