*****ulent Old mutual!!!!!

I'm disgusting with the service I have received from Old mutual. They are ****mers they create unknown policies and debt accounts with anyone's permission. I saw debt order's going off my account with huge amounts from Old mutual when I went there they said I had app**** online.. which they have no proof of. They then stated they will open a ***** case Which they never updated me on..Then they refunded me half of the amount that has been taken. When I asked them why they have did that..They excuse was they refunding me per person which is supposedly on the policy that they have created without my consent. As an insurance company who uses legalisation..This is pathetic when they get hold of your banking details .They create *****ulent policies. They full of excuses and from last year until now I haven't received my money!!!
