*****ulent Hard Enquiries for past 6 months which damaged my credit profile and ruined my life.

The worst experience ever, I took out a short term loan with old mutual in December and have been paying it well. For the past 6 months old mutual has been scoring me every single month, these are hard enquiries and have damaged my credit profile so badly..I had a very good and healthy score before I took out a loan with them but I can't get anything. I had plans to take out car finance and student loan for my son but I got declined for both because of these monthly scoring from old mutual, I've been querying these for months and till this day the issue isn't resolved, I keep getting stories and empty promises, no on gets back to me with an update me. I'm devastating, this is ruining my life and old mutual doesn't care, I now have to stress how and where I'll get money to pay my son's fees, I need a car but all this I won't be able to resolve because of old mutual. I regret ever taking this loan with them, I'm a good payer this was supposed to add positively to my profile but instead it has destroyed me and it will take months for me to fix this.
