*****ulent funeral policy by OLD MUTUAL
*****ulent funeral policy open on my name and deducting from persal, I report this to Old Mutual but nothing is happening and I’ve spent over R300 on phone calls with Old Mutual trying to have them reverse the transaction as well as forward me the *****ulent contract.
I feel Old Mutual is promoting ***** in the sense that they are not very cooperative, I have not received any updates on the investigation. The fact that my information was used without my consent is in violation of the POPI Act and should be reported to the SAPS.

A representative of your company ********ly used my information on my employer's MAG TAP facility to initiate a debit order for a policy I am not affiliated with. This is a crime and I need you to cooperate with me so this can be reported to the SAPS.
Your Investigation should not violate my right to have legal action against your company. Your employee impersonated me and old mutual Fr*udulently took money from my salary for a policy I knew nothing about.
I have cooperated with all your requests but Old Mutual has not been cooperative with me, you guys have premised to reverse monies deducted but this does not address the fr*udulent conduct by your representative. This matter should be handled by SAPS and I would like an opportunity to open a Fra*d case at the SAPS and will the the contract from OLD MUTUAL
