*****ulent deduction by Old Mutual

Someone opened a funeral policy using my personal details. The policy is deducting directly from my salary. I have filed a complaint and submitted all required documents. The complaint was resolved in my favour at the end of July 2023. I was informed that I would be refunded my money. It is now the end of August,I have nit received the refund. When I call I have been sent from pillar to post.

This is the worst company to deal with. I feel for those who have to deal with Old Mutual during times of need and grief.
