my baddest experience so far with insurance providers is with old mutual.

i have a policy with you,, suprisingly the money im being debited is not what is on my contract and im unaware of the amount, first week of march i called asking to cancel the policy and i was asked to cancel via email/written cancellation. i did that twice but nothing was done, neither was my email responded to nor anyone gave me a call to acknowledge my cancellation.

then i get debited still. im debited not on the agreed date, also debited the wrong amount which is more than the initial agreement, my debit date was/is the 25th, yet im beinfd debited each time i receive money in my bank account. what ******* is that old mutual? i want my money back, please refund me all my money you debited after i cancelled this policy, you are ***** i want my refund
