I had a policy with old mutual and which was an educational plan a few years ago. Only to find out someone from their company stole my details and took policies under my name and I have been paying without my knowledge I've emailed all my documents since the 22nd of September and got one refund back and they don't want to refund me for the second policy please be aware of them and their *****ulent activities.

25 Nov 2025, 13:22Your company emailed me and asked for my ID and the policy number and Im being told that the policy I'm complaining about deducted once and I did indicate that 2 policies were taken out using my ID number one in 2023 and one in 2025 and I've been refunded the money for the 2025 one .I also don't know how you can't pick this up which proves that your employees can get away with alot right under your nose
