Hi, my name is Thabisile Mzulwini Im so disappointed. Last month when i was checking my payslip i saw that there was money that was taken from my salary the amount of R460 by Old Mutual, when i called old mutual they told me to go to the branch. When i went to the branch i was told that they are investigating and they won’t refund me and they will still take for 3 months before they cancel this policy. Whta is worse it that iv never met anyone from old mutual and i have never met any of the people listed as my beneficiaries. I don’t understand why they are taking this long to just refund me because they didnt take months to register the policy yet they want to take forever to return what mine. Im taking them to ombudsman because this is a matter of *****ulent and im not being taken serious.
