I lodged a complain and opened a ***** case with old mutual in August 2025 and they **** to me about sending their forensic to me and they now ignore my emails. The *****ster is known to them and I have retrieved the contract as per request and I found out that my signature was fodged though it's not the same and *****ster agent is Sonia Rakometsi who is unknown to me. Old mutual is not reliable and trustworthy they infringed the POPIA act, the *****ster was able to get my personal information and how, only old mutual knows.

I got email on Friday 22 November 2024, they said they are still investigating the matter and they will provide feedback, for now I don't recommend anyone with this company, I need to know how they dealt with the agent and what's their plan onwards in terms of client privacy? What if, she kept my information and it's gonna be used again in future? This kind of behavior its alarming and it must stop, period.

This one's are the most hypocrite company that doesn't care about their clients personal information, I got the email in November 2024 that said "my allegations" was registered and Nigel was assigned to investigate the case and never heard from him/them. There's a difference between allegations and something that turned out to have a contract which I downloaded from their app. My concern here is how can you let your agent to use my personal information to benefit herself? Did you approach her? What have you done about it and respond publicly, you protect her because it's what's makes your company grow without verifying with alleged policy holders
