Uhappy customer

Good Day

I am sick and tired of complaining about the same thing every month and it not being resolved . If you don't take any action regarding my complaint, i will close all my policies and go somewhere else. You debit on my account on different days and when ever it suits you. I went to your branch to complain about this matter several times and still. There are calls that I'm getting saying that I've missed my payment how?? You get help by different consultant and they tell you different information regarding your policy, to show that they are not trained enough to help customers.
