Old Mutual ****ty as usual. I put in a withdrawal request from my tax free savings last week. I got an sms saying they can’t verify my banking details. I sent the document via email and WhatsApp. Today I decided to call them to get an update on my request. I am being told that there is no amount. So when were they going to tell me there is no amount if i didn’t call? Nvm the fact that i did put in the amount. How did the request go through if there is no amount?????
