Two unknown policies deducted from my pay slip

On the 31st of January 2015 two unknown policies deducted money from my pay slip i was unaware until i saw a reduction in my salary on my pay day when i went to the nearest old mutual office which is Paul kruger street around Pretoria central i was advised to cancel the two policies and promised that a refund will reach my account by 15 February 2015 today is 20 February and i have recieved nothing i went there twice this week and i was told that thier system is offline. It is annoying and time consuming since this was not my fault and i never app**** for any policy with old mutual. What is worse is that they cant even trace the person who opened the two policies!!!
