Two pot withdrwal(probably the 100th complainant)

I don't understand why this company does not pay out.firstly they opened applications late I thought that's because they had planned to make the process quicker as they will be well prepared but still even after that they still delay payout even after the sars tax directive has been confirmed.Does old mutual have our money coz why would it take this long to payout.i haven't heard anyone who uses old mutual who has been paid their withdrawal. This is very concerning as other companies take 3 to 7 days to payout,how come old mutual is taking so long for such a small amount.i suspect either someone is not doing their job or our monies are elsewhere or companies have not been paying.something fishy is going on here.
