And then after requesting the withdrawal you have to possibly wait another 30 days to receive the funds. Thats 57 days altogether Old Mutual expects us to wait for our own money. Other pension fund providers generally pay-out in between 3 to 15 days.

First they blame SARS for delays in getting Tax Directives. But SARS advises that they generally approve directives within 2 days of receiving the request.

Thereafter they'll blame the banks for the time it takes funds to clear. But we all know funds generally take a day or less to clear.

OLD MUTUAL just isn't that good at what they do. Nobody has answers and they don't know their own processes. They cant give you straight answers. And the return on investments is non exstistant.
