Two pot withdrawal

I submitted a request to withdraw on 16/09/2024 and despite being informed that clients will be kept up to date with the process no feedback has been given in two weeks. There is also no contact details to follow up on where is the process the withdrawal is. This is so disappointing and frustrating. Keep clients updated and informed to avoid frustration.
