Two pot system

My name is Thandi twala I did my withdrawal of Two pot system via WhatsApp and I got the message from old mutual that everything is okay if they need anything they will let me know, okay then after some days I got a message from them that says the need me to send me some documents,I called them and find out and they told me it was bank statement of which I did email them,so every two days I get a message from them that says they are missing some documents when I call them is the bank statement again of which I already emailed 6 times now, until today I didn't get my money and unfortunately I cannot do the withdrawal again, I'm so disappointed with old mutual
