Two Pot payouts frustration
They are the worst institution I have ever experienced in my whole life. Frustrating to wait for a payout without any communication. They know the problem but holding information from the owners of funds. I have been calling since September and with no assistance.

12 Nov 2024, 16:50The problem is Old Mutual thinks its clients are stupid. I withdrew on the 18th September and the official who called today told me that Old Mutual is still calculating how much they owe me. What does that mean? Are they calculating since the 18th September 2024 till today? I am still very disappointed by the lack of respect to the intellect of the other person.
