Two pot

Two pot,if I could rate it 0 I would,it started the last week of August when I went to Old Mutual branch in Charlotte Maxeke Bloemfontein to enquire and a financial there **** straight to my face that I cannot claim fromvmy annuity and my pensions and told me to claim from my Pensions as it is a lot there. I then made a claim regardless on the 16th September around 8am,up until now ,the 05th October I have not heard from them not even a single msg as to what us happening with my claim. On the 26th of September I called their head office and to my surprise , the call centre agent could not tell me the progress of my claim,all he could say was that claims are stuck with SARS regardless of me knowing that it takes Sars up to 48hrs to give the directive. Their service is disgusting and I regret having to deal with them as it is not the first time I experience such with them
