Two months after minor accident, no response from Old Mutual

Two months ago I had a minor accident. I and the third party reported it. I acknowledged that was in the wrong. My insurer, Old Mutual Insure, brokered through IEMAS, has simply not seen to it that the third party has been treated rapidly, fairly and openly. Very few communications to him. endless delays, constant "sending it to another person for a further review" mean that the third party cannot proceed.
