Turnaround time
I went to old mutual in pinewalk centre to surrender my policies and i was assisted and the guy gave me a letter that is written thay my claim would be paid out in 5 working days, today is has been 7 working days when i call to find out the outcome i am told they don't know when i'll get my money buy i must just wait, i want my money paid out today, why are they confirming a turnaround time if they know they will not honour it, they don't care about us as customer and have no respect for us<br>
