I have logged a ***** complaint with old mutual since January 2024 and sent all the required documents but to my suprise we now in May and still no word from them i went to the branch at Sandton and was told that on their side it shows completed while i did not get any feedback from them mind you this accounts were debitting on my standard bank account which was not working due to this i have accumulated over R10000 in charges because sometimes they would try and debit 5 times in a month. A new case was opened and i was promised feedback within 2 days but still nothing but the same old message that my account is with forensics. This has put my life on a stand because i am left with a debt i dont know about.. I am so frustrated and disappoint with Old Mutuals conduct and i want a solution
