I was at old mutual today to cancel one retirement I have with them. Because I have 2 the plan was to cancel one and be left with one..so when I get there they tell me that the money is is now more than 15000 they cannot refund me and cancel one of them because they have been combined and if they are over 15000 they cannot assist me....I'm confused as to how they combined the policies without telling me and why are they combined because they were taken 2 years apart one in 2016 and the other in 2018.... I really am devastated with the service I got because the agent wasn't really explaining properly to me I asked for the manager who said he has a meeting from 10:00 till 14:00 but answering his cellphone....please I need assistance....they say the pay out will be when i am 55 years old and if I cancel both of them they going to deduct R5 per day....when we join policies this information is never shared with us...I just believe we being **********.... heartbroken
