trying to get Tax certificate (terrible service)

<p>it me three day to get a simple email with my tax certificate. everytime i called the phone would just ring and ring and ring for ever until the line drops. eventually you get through to someone who sounds as if they are not interseted at all in helping you out! i spoke to three different people on seperate occasions and everytime i was told it will only take 15min for the email to be sent to me. i was also asked to confirm my details everytime i called which i did repeatedly. upon the third phone call i got told they had the incorrect email address but this is after i told them what the correct email was on the previous two phone calls. the service that was recieved was very terrible and im now looking inot other banks to invest in.</p>
