In this case the insurance company received from the executor (standard Trust) copies of bank statements/death certificate,in several occasions i was present with the executor as he/she pursued the claims telephonically,each time the conversation ended with”’ll get back to you” needless to say 4 years down the line the company has not yet brought the claim to finality.
