Trust restored

I am giving them 5 star as Ongwezwa Thimbo changed my last experience with Old mutual. After reaching out to Hello Peter to express my frustration with the service I previously received, Ogwezwa took time to resolve my query and kept me in the loop as to how things were progressing with my query. She has restored my trust in Old Mutual again.

It's only fair to recognize when they are also doing something right.
